Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko, parmesan, egg, garlic, dill, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, milk, olive oil, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, this keeps the meatballs tender.
  4. Scoop and roll into evenly sized meatballs (about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden on the outside.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm.
