- Preheat your oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko, parmesan, egg, garlic, dill, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, milk, olive oil, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, this keeps the meatballs tender.
- Scoop and roll into evenly sized meatballs (about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden on the outside.
- Serve the meatballs warm.
