Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumette
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Chopped parsley

Method

  1. Clean and pat your chicken wings dry with paper towel. Place them in a large bowl with all your spices and olive oil.
  2. Toss chicken wings and spices until evenly combined.
  3. Fry, bake, or air fry chicken wings until crispy, fully cooked, and golden brown. (I air-fried my chicken wings at 400℉ for 20-25 minutes)
  4. For the garlic lemon pepper sauce, in a small sauce pan mix together butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic, and honey.
  5. Cook on low heat until the butter is fully melted and sauce is heated.
  6. In a separate large bowl, toss together chicken wings and garlic lemon pepper sauce.
  7. Garnish with more lemon juice and chopped parsley.
