Miso Garlic Butter Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb green beans washed and trimmed
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp brown miso paste
  • 2 Tbsp butter softened
  • 1 Tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, add washed and trimmed green beans with water and a pinch of salt.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and reduce to low heat and cover with a lid. Let green beans quick boil and steam until it is fork tender.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter, brown miso paste, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  4. Add miso garlic butter to the skillet and sauté until green beans are full coated and garlic miso butter is emulsified. Serve hot.
