Whipped cold foam might be something I just made up in my head, but it is delicious on this matcha latte! This Vanilla Cinnamon Whipped Cold Foam Iced Matcha Latte is a refreshing and cozy twist on the classic iced matcha. Smooth, earthy matcha poured over ice and topped with a creamy, homemade vanilla cinnamon cold foam.

It’s a cross between whipped cream and cold foam that adds sweetness and warmth to every sip. It’s been one of my go-to morning drinks especially when I need a pick-me-up that’s not as strong as coffee. This matcha latte is energizing and comforting and for when you want a café-style drink at home.

Ingredients
  

  • cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 3-4 oz brewed matcha
  • 8-10 oz milk of choice
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Whip together heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and sugar with small electric hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Stir in a touch more milk or heavy cream to thin the consistency out a little.
  3. In a glass, add your milk with ice cubes. Brew your matcha and add it to the glass.
  4. Top your matcha latte with chipped cold foam and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
