“I am writing to remind you, dear friends, that we should love one another. This is not a new commandment, but one we have had from the beginning. Love means doing what God has commanded us, and he had commanded us to love one another, just as you heard from the beginning.”
2 John 1:5-6 NLT
I know I’m not the only one who dreams of pie for breakfast. This Blueberry Granola Crumble is the closest you’ll get to blueberry pie in the morning with a homemade granola and Greek yogurt. You can use fresh or frozen blueberries for this recipe, both will have the sweet, juicy berry flavor. It will bake down into a jammy filling, topped with a golden, homemade granola crumble that adds just the right crunch.
Make this breakfast idea as a single serving, but make this a large quantity of this for a great meal prep! I like to serve warm with a hefty spoonful of Greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey. This Blueberry Granola Crumble is a naturally sweet, nourishing way to start the day.
