- Clean and separate your chicken wings and flats. Pat dry really well with paper towel, this will help them crisp up.
- In a small bowl, add all the seasoning for the cajun blend. Mix very well.
- In a large bowl, add chicken and sprinkle ½ of the cajun blend over the chicken and the flour.
- Mix chicken well until seasoning and flour is evenly distributed.
- Air-fry, bake, or fry chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. For air-fryer, bake a single layer of chicken wings at 400℉ for 15-18 minutes and check periodically.
- For the cajun honey sauce, add the butter, honey, apple cider vinegar, and remaining cajun blend to a skillet.
- Heat the sauce and whisk it until combined. Set aside.
- Add all of the cooked cajun chicken to a large, clean bowl and pour over cajun honey sauce.
- Toss cajun honey chicken wings until evenly combined and mix in chopped parsley. Serve chicken wings warm.
