Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground thyme
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Avocado oil

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, maple syrup, and all of the seasonings. Combine well.
  2. Use an ice cream scoop and form one scoop of chicken sausage into a patty.
  3. Heat skillet on medium-low heat with avocado oil and add formed chicken patties.
  4. Cook on both sides until brown and fully cooked. Serve hot or let cool completely and refrigerate/freeze.
