“And he also said, ‘It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega — the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life. All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.'”
-Revelations 21:6-7 NLT
Fall desserts should be more than just apple crumbles and pumpkin pies. These Chai-Spiced Baked Pears with Honey Graham Cracker Crumble are the perfect cozy fall dessert. Use ripe pears while they’re still in season and infuse them with warming chai spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. Bake them until golden brown, soft, and tender, then topped with a buttery graham cracker crumble sweetened with honey. I love to serve this warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The result is a comforting, lightly spiced treat that’s simple to make yet feels elegant enough for a fall dinner party.
