Cherry Pistachio Milk Iced Matcha
A creamy iced matcha latte made with homemade pistachio milk and tart cherry jam. Refreshing, nutty, and naturally sweet — the perfect homemade café drink.

Make the homemade pistachio milk
- Soak your raw, shelled pistachios I water overnight.
- The next day, drain pistachios and add to a blender with 3 cups fresh water and pitted dates.
- Blend pistachio milk until smooth and strain with fine strainer or milk bag.
- Store in a large mason jar or milk jug.
Prepare cherry pistachio milk matcha
- In a glass, add the tart cherry jam at the bottom, then add ice cubes.
- Add desired amount of pistachio milk to the glass.
- Prepare your matcha using matcha powder and hot water. Let cool slightly.
- Layer prepare matcha on top of pistachio milk. Serve and enjoy!
